Healthified american pancakes

 
 
Mix together (for 3 pancakes): 1,5 dl organic wholemeal spelt flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 egg, 1,5 dl usweetened almond milk, 1 tsp coconut oil, juice of one lemon.
Top with: banana, blueberries and raw agave syrup!
